"From Rani Durgavati's good governance, our govt takes pledge to follow good path...": MP CM Mohan Yadav

Damoh (Madhya Pradesh) [India], October 5 : Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav attended various programs organised in Damoh district on the occasion of 500th birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati on Saturday and said that from her good governance, the state government took a pledge to follow the good path and implement the schemes.
To celebrate the birth anniversary, CM Yadav chaired a cabinet meeting in Singrampur in the district, which has been capital of her kingdom. The CM paid tribute to the grand statue of Rani Durgavati installed here and also interacted with artists here.
Besides, the CM addressed a public gathering, transferred funds to beneficiaries of various schemes, including Mukhyamantri Laldi Behna Yojana.
After the program, CM Yadav told reporters, "On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati, we held a cabinet meeting here. We have made the programme multidimensional by combining all the works of the society, starting from Ladli Behna Yojana. The people appreciate this. I remember our brave Rani Durgavati. From her good governance, our government takes a pledge to follow the good path and implement the schemes of her time, especially for farmers, water facilities to reach the farm lands of farmers, facilities for the soldiers in the state and there are many other works which we will do."

In a post on X, CM Yadav wrote, "Today, on the 500th birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati, I participated in the program organised at Singrampur in Damoh district, which used to be capital of her kingdom. On this occasion, I transferred an amount of Rs 1574 crores to 1.29 crore to beneficiaries under the Ladli Behna Yojana, an amount of Rs 332.71 crores to over 55 lakh beneficiaries under the Social Security Pension and an amount of Rs 28 crores to over 24 lakh women under the Gas Refill Scheme."
"Along with this, I also distributed benefits to the beneficiaries of other government schemes, and inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of various development works. In the program, I also launched the "Sankat Ke Saathi" mobile app launched by the Culture Department," he further wrote.
