"I reached here at around 2 PM, and till 6:30 PM I have been diligently visiting the various sectors for akharas since then, to talk about the facilities being given to them. The Maha Kumbh will be held in a 10,000 acre land in 25 sectors, given that, it has taken me around 4-and-half hours in just two sectors to inspect the things," he said during his speech.
"I hope all of Prayagraj's positive energy radiates all over India and the world, and that all the recognition for the Kumbh is shown through here," the CM added.
Speaking further about the arrangements for grand event, the CM added that the administration had only a couple of months to organise everything after the rainy season was over.
"The area for Maha Kumbh is at the banks of Ganga and Yamuna and to organise it all, we have time till December. Before that, there was a lot of rain till October 15, meaning we had just around 2-and-half months to organise it all for akharas, build things, and everything else and now you can see everything we have built," the CM continued.
Earlier today, CM Yogi also visited the Juna Akhara and spoke to the Acharya Mahamandaleshwar (spiritual leader), Swami Avdheshanand Giri Maharaj.
The Swami told ANI about the meeting and also said how the Maha Kumbh is set to become a 'another country,' in terms of the population which will reside in the 10,000 acre land.
"Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the Kumbh is going to set a new record. It is going to be another country in the world in a way such that its population is going to be so much. For that, an amazing arrangement has been made here and I have congratulated CM Yogi for the preparations,"
Speaking further on Adityanath, he said that the CM has worked to protect the culture, and make the state a 'crime free state.'
"He is such a great man who is working tirelessly to protect the culture, to make Uttar Pradesh the best state, a crime-free state, a fear-free state where everyone can stay safe, every living being of this region can move towards continuous upgradation. The government administration is welcoming every person coming to Kumbh. I also call upon all Hindu faithful people of India and outside India to Sanatan faithful people to come and take a bath in the Ganges Yamuna Saraswati in this confluence and visit the saints," the spiritual leader told ANI.

The ABAP president added, "Our CM said that the festival of Maha Kumbh is a festival of saints, it is a royal bath of saints, whose name is given Amrit Snan. In this Maha Kumbh, all peace remains calm. The biggest thing is that 30 to 40 crore travelers are coming to Prayagraj. It should be arranged."
"For a person to stay in night shelters, food to eat and toilets for defecation. The message of the CM is that we have built toilets in lakhs and every effort is being made. Whoever comes here will not feel any inconvenience."
