Hailakandi (Assam), Apr 18 (ANI): A unique story of dedication came into light from Assam’s Hailakandi. A 104-year-old woman is all set for Lok Sabha elections 2019. Saraguna Bibi Barbhuiya will cast her vote in Karimganj Parliamentary constituency in 2nd phase of polling on April 18. Barbhuiya never misses a chance to vote & even encourages her family to use their ‘right’ properly.
