‘Big day for me’: Mirabai Chanu on PM Modi’s invitation on I-Day

Imphal (Manipur), Aug 03 (ANI): ‘It will be a big day for me’, said Tokyo Olympic silver medallist Saikhom Mirabai Chanu on August 03 after Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited the Indian contingent, taking part at the Tokyo Olympics, as special guests for Independence Day on August 15. “It is a matter of great joy that we have been honoured by PM as he has invited us on such a big day. We will get a chance to meet PM over dinner at his residence. It will be a big day for me,” Chanu told ANI.
