Blood unites people of all faiths in Ahmedabad

Ahemadabad (Gujarat), June 17 (ANI): Erasing the barriers of castes and communities, Blood donation provides an opportunity to create harmony in the society as neither the donor is aware of the caste and community of the recipient nor the receipt is aware of donor’s.Walking on the same trail, a blood donation camp was recently organised in the Dariyapur area of Gujarat’s Ahmedabad district, whose theme was centered around communal harmony. Organised together by the residents of the area along with the Ahmedabad city police, the event brought to light the age old principles of our country that teach to have compassion towards all, no matter which faith one belongs to.
