Chhattisgarh man shaves beard after 21 years on wish fulfilment

Manendragarh (Chhattisgarh), Sep 11 (ANI): A man in Chhattisgarh took a resolve to not shave his beard until the state government does not make Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur (MCB) a new district. His resolve was fulfilled on September 09 with the state govt launching MCB as the 32nd district. Ramshankar Gupta, a residence of Manendragarh is an RTI activist.
