Congress delegation meets EC over BJP’s ‘misuse’ of Doordarshan

New Delhi, Apr 01 (ANI): The Congress delegation reached Election Commission Office on Monday. The delegation was led by Congress veteran leader Kapil Sibal. Throwing some light on the discussion with EC, he said that the delegation have submitted representations regarding criminal cases against some officials. The second representation was on alleged misuse of Doordarshan by BJP in broadcasting certain speeches made by PM Modi and use of a particular channel which has come up and has logo of ‘NAMO’. The Congress leader further said that the Election Commissioner assured him to take the matter into consideration.
