Final preparation of tulip garden on full swing in Kashmir Valley

Srinagar (J&K), Mar 25 (ANI): Final touchups to Asia's largest tulip garden, Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is on full swing. People including gardeners, masons, painters and electricians are putting their efforts to enhance the beauty of the garden. Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is situated in the foothills of the Zabarwan hills in Kashmir. The tulip show is expected to start on last week of March or first week of April. It aimed to attract the visitors from across the world. Work of new exit gate made by carving stones, repairing of paths and other small activities is on final touch. Every year Floriculture Department increases the land portion and quantities of flowers but this the authorities have installed beautiful multicolor lights to attract the visitors which will be definitely the highlight of this year. The tulip garden which was inaugurated in 2008 — attracts thousands of tourists every year.
