Gujarat ATS team leaves for Ahmedabad with Teesta Setalvad in custody

Vapi, Navsari (Gujarat), June 26 (ANI): After taking activist Teesta Setalvad into custody in connection with a case on her NGO, the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) team left for Ahmedabad from Mumbai on June 25. ATS team is en route to Ahmedabad from Mumbai. The Gujarat ATS team took Teesta Setalvad to the Santacruz Police Station on June 25. The action came after Union Minister Amit Shah in an interview with ANI said that Teesta Setalvad-run NGO gave baseless information about the 2002 Gujarat riots to the police.
