HP CM Jairam Thakur opens up on no-confidence motion moved by Congress

Shimla (HP), Aug 11 (ANI): After the Congress MLAs staged a walkout from the Assembly, Himachal Pradesh Chief Pradesh Jairam Thakur on August 11 said that Congress party tried to bring a no-confidence motion against the state government but they were backfired. “Monsoon session generally held before Assembly Elections and it is quite aggressive. The opposition tries to raise a lot of questions. Congress tried to bring a no-confidence motion against the government in this session but they all backfired,” he said. “The subjects on which they were trying to make a ruckus on the streets have completely failed in the assembly today,” he added.
