New Delhi, Oct 5 (ANI): As India has decided to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit scheduled to be held in Pakistan later this month, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar will visit the neighbouring country. On his visit, EAM has said that he is not going to there to discuss bilateral relations.
