New Delhi, Jun 28 (ANI): Describing the extent to which Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) had been cut off from India due to poor policies of Congress governments, Union Home Minister on Friday said there was a time when 'India' word of State Bank of India (SBI) signboard used to covered with a cloth in J&K, and in early 1990s, Narendra Modi and Murli Manohar Joshi had undone this by unfurling the tricolour at Lal Chowk in Sri Nagar. "There was a time when there was no sign of India in Kashmir. State Bank of India signboard was seen with a cloth covering 'India' word. Murli Manohar Joshi and Narendra Modi risked their lives and unfurled triclour at lal chowk. We were not in power then,"Shah said in Lok Sabha.
