J&K: NCC Cadets from Baramulla’s women college visit Kaman Post

Baramulla (J&K), Aug 18 (ANI): Indian Army organised a visit of NCC Cadets of Government Women College along Line of Control in Baramulla district of North Kashmir on August 17. 14 Girl Cadets also visited Uri in Baramulla where personal weapons and light machine guns were fired. They were briefed on the historical events and importance of Kaman Post, which is the dividing point along the Line of Control between India and Pakistan. They expressed the gratitude to the troops of the Indian Army for guarding the border and maintaining peace in Jammu and Kashmir. They lauded the steps taken by the Indian Army and hoped to organise such types of programmes in future.
