LS polls: Farmers, youth major issues for Sunny Deol in Gurdaspur '

Pathankot (Punjab), May 03 (ANI): Actor-turned-politician and BJP’s candidate from Gurdaspur, Sunny Deol, on Friday said farmers and youth are two of the important issues for him in his constituency and going ahead in the Lok Sabha elections; he will address the issues if he gets elected. Deol added that he will also work towards improving the sports infrastructure in Gurdaspur and to eliminate drug addiction. Speaking on the decision of joining BJP, Deol said he was impressed with the work done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and revealed that he was initially ‘hesitant’ to venture into politics but then he made his mind to fight the ‘difficulties’ of life.
