LS polls: Haldwani Municipal Corporation plays songs to create voter awareness while collecting waste

Haldwani (Uttarakhand), Apr 08 (ANI): Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the waste collection vehicles of the Haldwani Municipal Corporation in Uttarakhand played songs on voter awareness while collecting waste. Speaking to ANI on the matter, Nodal Election Officer said, “These vehicles play songs in regional language to increase awareness among voters, it is part of one of our many programmes.” Polling in the nation will be held in seven phases and is scheduled to begin from April 11.
