Manipur: Farmers face drought-like situation

Imphal (Manipur), July 20, (ANI): Farmers face a drought-like situation in Manipur's Lemiakhong Mapal Shilheipung village. Unable to take control of the worsening situation, the state cabinet has decided to urge the Centre to declare Manipur a drought-hit state.
