Tokyo (Japan), Aug 31 (ANI): Indian shooter Singhraj Adhana, who clinched bronze medal in the P1 - Men's 10m Air Pistol SH1 final at Tokyo Paralympics, said meditation helped him to achieve success. “My coaches suggested doing meditation to overcome the mistakes which I did in the qualification. I did meditation for 5 minutes and it helped... This result is because of a better team that is with me,” said Adhana. This is Indian shooting contingent’s second medal at the Tokyo Paralympics after 19-year-old Avani Lekhara became the first woman from the country to win gold medal on August 30.
