People of all religions in Kanpur set-up Ganesh Pandal

Kanpur (UttarPradesh), September 05 (ANI): Kanpur city is known for its Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb which is a term used as a euphemism for the fusion of Hindu and Muslim cultures. Ramnarayan Bazar area of Kanpur has a mixed population of people from different religions who have been residing here for years and have been celebrating all occasions together harmoniously. For the last 34 years, members of the Ganesh Mandir Committee have been establishing Ganapati Bappa in the market area. In this Ganapati pandal, people of all religions, mostly Hindus and Muslims participate in the service of the elephant Lord.
