PM Modi hails medallists coming from humble background in Khelo India Youth Games

New Delhi, June 26 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 26 praised the performance of youngsters who excelled at the recently concluded Khelo India Youth Games held in Haryana. Addressing the 90th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’, PM Modi said, “Dominance of Indian players is increasing. Indian sports is also getting a new identity. For example, this time five indigenous sports were also included in Khelo India Youth Games including Gatka, Thang Ta, Yogasana, Kalaripayattu and Mallakhamb.”
