Priyanka Gandhi wants to focus on her job as general secretary: Sam Pitroda on Varanasi seat

Jaipur (Rajasthan), Apr 26 (ANI): Chairman of Indian Overseas Congress Department on Friday said Priyanka Gandhi, who is party’s general secretary for Uttar Pradesh East, is not contesting from Varanasi as she has other responsibilities in hand and concentrating on just one seat was not her priority. “It (not contesting from Varanasi) was Priyanka ji's decision, she has other responsibilities. She thought rather than concentrating on one seat, she should focus on the job she has in hand. So, that decision was her and she decided it,” Pitroda told reporters in Jaipur.
