Sri Lanka blasts: Security beefed up outside church in Panaji

Panaji (Goa), Apr 22 (ANI): After a series of blasts took place in churches and luxury hotels in Sri Lanka on Sunday on the occasion of Easter which killed more than 200 people and wounded more than 450 in coordinated attacks on tourists and minority Christian community, security has been tightened outside the church on Easter day in Goa’s Panaji. Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said, “I have spoken to the police officials, we will provide maximum security to churches in Goa.”
