Srinagar: Multi-cuisine course from IHM gets good response

Srinagar, Aug 09 (ANI): Institute of Hotel management (IHM) started a 3 months course of multi-cuisine dishes in Kashmir. The course was aimed to promote tourism and provide a proper platform for educated entrepreneurs. During the course, the professional chefs of the institute gave both theory and practical classes to the trainers. This year, the tourist season is much better than previous year. Apart from the traditional cuisine known as ‘Wazwan’, visitors also demand various multi-cuisine dishes during peak season of tourism. So that’s why participants, both boys and girls are showing good interest in becoming professional entrepreneurs so that they can start their ventures and promote food culture in valley. For the last few years, the IHM is playing a tremendous role in training the youths in different kind of courses which are getting good responses from hotels and other companies.
