Subordinate Officers’ Conclave to establish connections with every unit at ground level: ICG DG Pathania

New Delhi, Aug 17 (ANI): Director General of Indian Coast Guard (ICG) VS Pathania after attending Subordinate Officers’ Conclave on August 17 said that the conclaves are organised to execute operational management ideas into action. “Conclave helps us to establish connections at ground level, connects us with every unit. Ideas to improve operational management are received and subordinates feel empowered when we bring their ideas into action,” he said.
