Thane: 5 persons arrested for smuggling sand boa snakes

Thane (Maharashtra) Aug 23 (ANI): Five persons have been arrested for smuggling sand boa snakes in Thane, Maharashtra on August 22. On a tip-off, a snake worth around Rs 70 lakhs was recovered from their possession. The police laid a trap and arrested the accused. Further probe is underway.
