Supaul (Bihar), Apr 20 (ANI: Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday addressed people of Bihar’s Supaul. While addressing the gathering, he hailed Congress’ regime and said that when the area was affected by floods his party gave relief of 1,100 Crore. He asked from the people that when flood came, did the ‘Chowkidar’ come, did he provide any relief package to them.”
