Water crisis worsens in PoJK as springs dry up

Jhelum Valley, PoJK, 25 December 2024: Natural springs in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir have dried up due to a prolonged lack of rainfall, leaving the community in a dire situation. Locals are now forced to carry water on their heads from distant sources, often traveling miles to fetch it.
