Ahmedabad Traffic Police initiates 'Police Pathshala' for children residing on footpaths

Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Aug 21 (ANI): Ahmedabad City Traffic Police imparted free education to children residing on footpaths. The project is called 'Police Pathshala'. Around 150-200 children are getting education in three centers across the city. These children are also getting free food. While speaking to ANI, ACP of Traffic of Ahmedabad City, Ankit Patel said, “Children residing on footpaths often get involved in crime, so we thought to educate them and bring a change in their lives. Once the children get basic knowledge, they will be enrolled in regular schools.”
